All those refs should be fired

  • Tml fan  (Apr 14, 2019)

Refs should be suspended they lost control of the game.

  • Sean Mattei  (6 days ago)

No that would never happen , the league and every radio show protects them under any circumstance

  • jamesdeantruth  (Apr 14, 2019)

if the refs are gonna change the rules come playoff time, I would like a copy of the book.

  • Eric England  (6 days ago)

Refereeing has always been a joke in the NHL. No consistency whatsoever.

  • Sean Mattei  (6 days ago)

Ya I don't see any other league changing the rules for playoffs. NHL is becoming a joke.

Goon hockey at it's best, sucks big time, refs don't do their work, gets out of hand.

+Taker Slayer what the clean hit on Marleau..the hit on Kadri was more of a collision than a hit...but the cross-check to the head is unacceptable..if you're that upset then drop the gloves...but Kadri is a cheap shot I think debrusk would give him a beating and Kadri knows it...

Refs are a bunch of Stevie Wonders skating on ice, this is coming from someone who despises the Leafs

  • Mr. O-Town  (6 days ago)

+Cole Butler wow... you really wrote that. excuses excuses excuses... not one peep comes out of a leaf fan about the refs on game they win, but if they lose they write a thesis lol

+Mr. O-Town The leafs generally play a fast, skill oriented game. They don't throw the body very often, thus interference calls are unlikely(can't hit someone who doesn't have possession if you don't hit them at all). Hooking calls are most often the result of a player being out hustled, again unlikely if the players are fast enough to gain position on the opposing player, and the leafs have no shortage of speed. Crosschecking/boarding/slashing are going to be more common in games that get chippy and p...

Goes to show that the players can’t self-police. Refs blew it. But Kadri really blew it here. Brutal

  • BootlegFightVideo  (Apr 14, 2019)

If Chara self-policed they would be down 4 starting D.

  • King85Kong  (Apr 14, 2019)

Self policing leads to this types of plays. Refs failed to do their job.

  • Andrew St Onge  (3 days ago)

DeBrusk waited to hit him on the curved glass, dirty play change my mind.

  • Jennifer Olah  (Apr 14, 2019)

the refs are putting the whistles away much too selectively. this is getting out of hand and someone will get hurt because they are pushing the limits. great for viewers bad for the players... shame on the nhl...
