  • Porto found a way past Roma courtesy of an extra time penalty, reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League after a 4-3 aggregate victory.

Porto took the lead through TIquinho, but a Daniele De Rossi penalty levelled the scores.

Moussa Marega’s goal took the match into extra time, and a spot kick from Alex Telles, awarded in the 117th minute after a VAR intervention, proved the difference.

+Ministry of truth why are Mexicans so fucking pompous? Like, I swear to god, you have nothing to show for it. Being the Concacaf Lords and having a whopping *1 confederations cup* and never making it to the q-finals isn't special, it's just sad. That's why the world cup is so great, gives mexicans the reality snap they desperately need. You're not a world power, stop pretending.

Ajax yes, Porto no. Beating the weakest Roma team in years doesn't make you a contender 😒

+Big Tejano Ed Corona was getting tackled alot and was starting to limp, maybe they wanted to prevent him from getting injured, but he was great today

  • Dima Grytsiv  (Mar 6, 2019)

Besides penalty Roma had nothing in 90 minutes, Porto deserved it and got it

  • Ahmad Reshad  (Mar 8, 2019)

U can’t really count penalty as a chance created the

  • Jrights1  (Mar 8, 2019)

+Mike DiCocco I agree, Roma played a great game, Dzeko just couldn't bury the chances he got. Because if he did then Roma would have easily gone through. Good game to Porto though for staying in. I'm still a believer that it shouldn't have been a pen call.
