You’ve done a lot of LA/SD video guides, and while they’re all good I’m surprised you still haven’t done guides for the Inland Empire (I’m a native), Coachella Valley or the High Desert. Not as much to do in LA/SD, but enough landmarks, tourist spots and restaurants to make videos of.

Great video! So many hidden and unique points of attraction and information about them to consider for my trip to LA this next week. You also look extremely excited and proud to have your friend on this video with you, which made it all the more enjoyable to watch :)

This video barely skimmed the surface of what you can do in the new Downtown Los Angeles.... You Like Blade Runner? Than you have to see the Bradbury Building. I'm guessing you could plan a 2-3 night visit in DTLA... and I'm glad Brigham Yen was a guest because there are very few people as passionate about DTLA as he is. Thanks for the video.

There’s a pent up demand for someplace urban in SoCal. DTLA is held back by the fact that living in SoCal necessitates a car. Living car free in SF, Seattle, and Portland is very doable and many normal people use transit daily. Not the case at all for LA. DTLA is slowly growing to match these aforementioned west coast cities, although imo drug abuse and homelessness is plaguing all west coast cities, making urban spaces quite ugly places to live in.

Born and raised in LA. Left in 2000. There use to be an active LGBTQ artist community. I think they were the ones to gentrify DTLA. too bad I didn't stick around for a complete outcome, but I'd like to visit one day!
